How long does my order take to ship?

We endeavour to ship your order within 3-5 days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At the moment we are within Australia only.

What is your return policy? 

Each piece of our jewellery is meticulously handcrafted in Australia by an actual human — not mass-produced. Because of this, every item is unique and made with care. As with all delicate, handmade jewellery, proper handling is essential to ensure longevity.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Conditions below:

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it

• Unworn or unused

• In its original packaging, with tags attached

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: We do not accept return on sale items, this is purely a change of mind situation upon receiving within the first 30 days.

Delicate Jewellery Notice

Should a breakage, loosen or fault occur within the first 7 days of you owning your jewellery, we are happy to replace it for you. This requires you to contact us, send photos and we will organise to make you a new piece. Refunds will not be offered.

It is important to note that our jewellery is delicate and handmade, and should be handled with care. After the 7 days of you receiving your item we will NOT offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by wear and tear at any point, this includes but is not limited to:

• Broken hinges or clasps

• Chipped beads or stones

• Fading of materials or plating

• Stones/crystals loosening or falling out

These are not considered faults, but signs of normal wear on handmade, dress jewellery.

Allergy Disclaimer

If you have sensitive skin or known allergies to wearing jewellery other than 100% gold or silver, please take this into consideration before purchasing. These are dress pieces.
Returns will not be accepted based on skin sensitivity or allergic reactions.

Materials and Water

Water is a HARD NO, with these items. The wire used within our pieces will rust and discolour along your skin. Whilst our materials are solid and hard wearing, factors like water and perfume will fade the items, wear down the structures and risk breakage.

Additional Disclaimer

Our beads and stones are small. As you would with any other small item, please be aware around children. Our pieces are for adults only and choking could occur if the item breaks around a child. It is at your sole responsibility as the purchaser to ensure children are managed appropriately around the jewellery items.
